After hearing your wake-up call
regarding the Three Sins of Sales Management and how it
stifles companies from robust revenue growth, I took
action and recruited and hired a full-time Sales
Manager. Now, I have significantly more time to focus on
the vision and culture of the company.
Additionally, we now have a very
detailed and specific sales plan for the coming year,
which includes individually negotiated commitments from
of each of our sales people.
Our reporting systems are now in
place, along with stack ranking of our sales team.
I’ve now witnessed a heightened level of energy and
